Clients are responsible for maintaining compliance with all relevant laws in their jurisdiction regarding automated messaging and customer communications.

5. Results and Performance

While LeadFlow Media works to deliver measurable improvements in lead conversion and revenue for every client, we cannot guarantee specific results as outcomes depend on factors including market conditions, lead quality, and client business operations. Our results-first model means we work with clients until agreed benchmarks are met, but this does not constitute a guarantee of specific revenue outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadFlow Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to LeadFlow Media in the three months preceding the claim.
